This is my response to Mr. Meyer’s 25 Billion App Challenge found at http://threeacts.mrmeyer.com/25billionapps/ . First you figure out the average downloads per second and then you multiply it by 60 for minutes. Next, you multiply it by 24 to signify the 24 hours in a day. Then, you could divide the amount you need left by the amount per day. You cannot correctly guess the exact time because the average number per minute changes, depending on when Apple is at its busiest. On the other hand, if the rate per minute, 33,305, stayed the same, it would take 1 week, 2 hours, 50 minutes and 41 seconds. Which makes it March 2, 2012 at 9:20.
